Lather, rinse, repeat…

Ciao and Sacred Sunday:

Sometimes it only takes a nano-second for a thought to drop in.

That’s what happened to me this week during a quick conversation with a client/friend. Asking her questions concerning a sales training she was conflicted about attending caused me to consider the great number of yoga teacher trainings I took over the course of my 30 years of teaching, mentoring, and studying.

And in the last several years – how often I chose, and continue to choose, to immerse myself in professional and personal growth trainings, coaching immersions, and retreats.

Although I’ve heard the teachings over and over and over. Even the jokes!

Truth –

🤓Sometimes I feel like a nerd

👣Sometimes I feel as though I’m on vision quest

🕉Sometimes I feel like a spiritual warrior

📚Sometimes I feel like a perpetual student of life – mine, yours, and the whole damn family of humankind.

The truth is, I am a little bit of all those things.

💃🏻And I’ll forever be a Breakaway Girl.

Plus, I want to enroll everyone I know, and haven’t met yet, to join me on this empowerment journey.

In case you don’t remember, or don’t know what being a Breakaway Girl/Guy is, I teach the Breakaway philosophy in the first Module of “The Roadmap to Legacy” course.

And I write about it in my book, The Breakaway Girl: Secrets of a Tantric Yogi, which you can find on Amazon.

Honestly, I’m not sure how to describe this desire to be edgy. Is it a calling? A pulling? A kick in the butt from Source?

What I do know is that it feels the same as breathing. It’s what I do naturally.

I feel drawn to …

Breakaway from what keeps me believing the false and limiting stories I make up in my head.

Breakaway from what continues to block me from expressing myself fully and authentically

Breakaway from what prevents me from showing up in my Badass and Brilliant feminine power.

Are you tracking with me my love?

One of the reasons that I continue to study and hopefully grow, is that I hear things differently at different stages of life. I feel into the nuance, and it seeps into the crevices of my being.

Plus, when you journey with people you trust to hold the crucible, they ignite inspiration and make the process of self-actualization and spiritual awakening fun.

And no, it’s not an oxymoron❗️

While yes, it is work. You do have to be brave to look at your stuff. It’s also exciting and liberating.

When you begin to realize your fullest potential, you want to show up even more.

For yourself, your loved ones, and your community.

🤷🏻I have heard over time from colleagues, friends and family, “aren’t you done working on yourself? When is enough enough?”

Well from my perspective, no I’m not done and no it’s never enough.

💓The more joy I experience, the more love I’m capable of giving and receiving, the more meaningful my relationships become, the more generative Grace is.

So why would I, or you, stop choosing to immerse yourself in teachings and trainings that take you to the edge of your comfort zone? Afterall, if you’re reading this blog, you’re aware that’s exactly where the magic happens.

I want to remind you that even though you took a sales training or listen to a podcast religiously or worked with a coach before or read all the books on manifesting your dream life, there’s always more.

Please don’t take this the wrong way, you’re never done.

🌍We’re here on this planet at this very specific and crucial time in history to grow, to expand our perspective beyond our ego mind and bring more joy and peace to the world.

Dramatic sounding? Well maybe. Yet it’s true. But we give up. Why? Because it feels like so huge of a task and we don’t know where to begin.

The good news is – you begin exactly where you’re at. You begin with you.

As one of my teachers likes to say, “lather, rinse, repeat.”

Day by day, little by little, you get better at the game. You get stronger, more dynamic, more loving, more giving, more divinely powerful and more divinely directed.

💖With love and appreciation, xoxo Paulette
